Day 1/Pre-Order heaven for me:

Galaxy Quest (i love this movie so much)
Star Trek: Next Generation Motion Picture Collection
Snakes on a Plane (this movie makes me laugh. a lot.)
Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (classic Wilder)
Logan's Run

speaking of Warner, would love to Auntie Mame on blu-ray.

Here's the thing. The list that was in the Rumor Mill for NL/WB is only some of the titles coming this year. Their catalog list is going to be much much more for the christmas holiday season. All of the other studios are going to start pumping out more and more catalogs as we get closer to Christmas. I can not wait.

I am curious as to why Contact is not listed by bill hunt...Warner has already confirmed that it would be coming this fall, and had mentioned a Goonies release as well.

Also, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory has already seen release on Blu in other countries, while the 1971 Classic Wonka has not. I'm hoping that the listing is not an error, and that either both films come out at the same time, or that the 1971 release is on it's way...it would be a shame if Peter misunderstood that Charlie is on the way, and not Wonka.

Wonka was improperly mastered at 1080i, and is need of some better restoration work before it hits Blu. Charlie is already mastered for Blu-ray and reaady for replication...here's hoping it's not a mistake

As for the rest, Anchorman, and Braveheart, Gladiator and Forest Gump for me please!

If you read the very last part of the WB titles, it says something along the lines of "many more" which means there are many more titles coming than those listed. Also, I believe it was mentioned just recently at a WB conference that Goonies was coming next year now.

Yes, I forgot Gremlins in my earlier post, but not a top priority.

Hmmm, that may be the only way they can sell the sequel, maybe make it an easter egg that you have to find hidden somewhere.

haha yeah, the sequel is an awesome satire, seeing that it satirizes itself.

still hilarious after all these years.
