I'm still wondering if they fixed the telecine judder on Thunderdome. Hopefully they re-did the transfer.

Is the black & white version worth it? I wonder have the PQ holds up & makes it a different experience that would be worth purchasing.

I have all the other versions. Amazon has it for $15.67 right now.

The 4K version & the 3D version are amazing PQ & AQ.

I just saw the Black and Chrome version at my local independent theater and it was beautiful. I definitely want to buy the blu-ray now. Just gonna wait to see if it goes down in price anymore.

I believe it had a limited release back in October or something. But, if it's anything like my local independent theater, then they probably just used the Blu-Ray.

Has anyone done a direct comparison of watching the normal blu of Fury Road on a TV set to B&W as opposed to specifically playing the B&W edition? Is the contrast / grading all that different as to warrant purchase of a new edition?

It's different from what I have seen, but it's not a huge difference. I intend to get the B & C edition, but I am going to wait for $10 or less since there wasn't even a slipcover involved.

Bit the bullet and bought the High Octane Collection today. Wal-Mart had one left and I had them price match Amazon's $64.92 price. So, that comes out to $10.82 per movie.
