Thanks, when we first saw the issue it certainly looked like there was an issue with the source, the top portion of the screen doesn't look particularly filtered and till exhibits digital noise in low light areas. Filtering the top half of the screen is such a weird thing to do by mistake. Which was why we had the ascertain that they just evened the whole thing out with the fix. I guess you get the same results either way!
Anyway back to Wonder Woman ... |

I'm just starting season two and even though it's early I'm enjoying these a lot more than season one.

There is plenty of fine detail and I can't for the life of me figure out how anyone would have a problem with how this looks if one was a fan of owning this great series and what we had to deal with previously. Regardless we all have our own opinion just like this is mine. |

Mars on my Criterion blu-ray copy is more of a 'pinkish' red but definitely intended to be red. The Imprint screen grabs in the Imprint blu-ray forum clearly showed a blue Mars. |

Wonder Woman 1975–1979
I've been a real slacker on viewing this one. So many other things to watch too. I'm on episode 23: The Man Who Made Volcanoes So far, I'm most impressed with the picture quality of episode 19: Knockout. Picture quality rarely hits below a 4.0 and averages around a 4.5. Quality drifts a little from episode to episode as were filming conditions when they originally filmed the series. Video camera exposure settings were not optimally dialed in from scene to scene on various episodes which makes picture quality rollercoaster more on some episodes and less on others but we're all used to it, television budget and rushed filming production in high definition. I'm enjoying the set so far except for episode 20: The Pied Piper. The vocal track 'singing' on that episode gave me nightmares. Last edited by do.wayne.ClassicFilm; 09-05-2020 at 12:49 PM. |

Go back and look at the announcement for the replacement discs for Batman 66. They point out that after all the work they put into it, less than 5 minutes of footage was affect by errors (slight errors most people wouldn't notice even). The people sending them emails about the slightest error are not "helping" them and you can read their annoyance in the announcement. I hope they realize the cost of what you guys want them to do with this set and just say live with it people. The world will keep turning.

There were replacement discs for Batman 66? Bummer, the URL no longer works and I never knew.
That's the bad part about buying sets long after the replacement discs are made that WB never bothers to correct stock on. That said, their feet should be held to the fire as much as possible for not getting it right the first time; there's no excuse for such sloppy work that they are just hoping fans won't notice. If they really cared, why not send out a preview set to a fan group before going into mass production? The answer is, they don't, and only fans can hold them responsible. |

This "slight" error and you supporting letting it go is the mindset of why they happen to begin with. We the buyers are not here to "help" them. If they have any headaches, it is their own fault for hiring QC people (who are also paid to do their jobs) or having management that doesn't catch these problems (who are also paid to make sure that this product doesn't go out the door in this manner). Let us not forget the slap in the face to the original producers, actors, cinematographers, writers etc... who have taken their time and energy into creating a product that should be preserved accurately as long as there are buyers who actually care. to make it happen. Wonder Woman must not have any right? Sorry, but your attitude is just wrong. I swear you got some interest in this. You sure you don't work for Warner Bros. in some capacity? ![]() As for their annoyance. Boo Hoo. In the TONE of the written words of Tarantino-You hear this? This is the world's smallest violin playing just for the executives that get bothered by emails that points out their incompetence. 2001 A Space Odyssey had what 17 seconds or less? Shall we start ignoring perhaps an extra gasp in a film, maybe a few stab wounds, maybe a few tears, or wait lets use your logic. Lets try something that you might relate more too. Perhaps 5 minutes out of a series/season finale? What is a few minutes right? |

They are fixing it. It is going to take some time. WB told me they would let me know when they have replacements ready.

My advice: Don't rush them. Otherwise you get a "Grease 4K" replacement fix, where they fix the issue that needed fixing and somehow add in new ones that were never there at the start.

I got my 2nd copy from Bullmoose today after hearing about their superb packaging as everything is delivered in a box with 3 titles. I ordered Hot Dog the Movie and Creepshow along with Wonder Woman which is an oversized title being 10 discs. Of course everything arrived in a bubble mailer and every corner is creased on the set. Massive dent in the lower rear corner of the box. The bubble mailer was marked Fragile Handle with Care LOL! I am amazed with how much undamaged product I get from Amazon UK and DE when items are placed in simple cardboard book mailers. Anyway no more Bullmoose for me! Return!
I ordered 9 titles from Amazon to include this title hoping it would be properly packaged and shipped in a box and yet everything sent in an oversized envelope. I am thinking the WB shop is the only vendor who will actually ship this thing in a box. Every Warner Archive title I have ever ordered was sent in a box. So far my 3 copies of this title have been beat to $h!+! |

![]() I remember hasslein’s previous post on this, that’s why I decided to go with DeepDiscount over Bullwinkle, even though it took forever for it to get to me, it arrived undamaged in one of those single faced corrugated cardboard envelope sleeves that does a death grip on the contents inside so they don’t slip around during shipping. |

I think all sellers change a lot.
I've received movies from Amazon carefully packed in boxes with air cushions, but my 4K Alfred Hitchcock collection set came in one of their bubble wrap envelopes with all the edges crushed and compacted. I gave up trying to get a Quincy DVD set where one or more of the DVD trays wasn't smashed (the disc was OK) - Amazon tried three different sets and each arrived broken differently, and customer service said there was no way to tell the warehouse to pack it more carefully. |
