Any member can create a thread for a release. Just make sure to do a site search in order to avoid creating a duplicate (you should be good on this one). Just go to the “Blu-ray Movies - North America” sub-forum and click “New Thread”.

Sometimes there are limitations on new members, apparently those who've been here less than 30 days and/or with few than 10 posts. Might that factor into their difficulty in creating a new thread?

Hey great!
I've discovered it for the first time, a few months back, with the old french open-matte DVD called Gang's Traffic, and I enjoyed it. I liked the tone. It was rough and tough.
Gangland was also a great time, and I think I even liked it more... I'm a sucker for these post-apo' flicks!!!
Damn, I like those video store's guilty pleasures!!!

I wish they would release those in France, but there is so less love for this kind of movies here

If this "MAJOR ACQUISITION" turns out to be just another (pending) migrated Code Red title I'm just going to skip this thread entirely in the future. Is there an option to "ignore" threads?

I can promise you it's NOT a migrated Code Red title. This one may actually be a game changer for DARK FORCE...we needed a little help from Code Red in the beginning...but now the dark forces are very strong...

People were rude.

But the manner in which the matters were addressed by the label were less than professional.

I love how you are doing this fake nice thing now instead of boasting about your "deep pockets", thousand dollar ed hardy sneakers, understanding why Bill Olsen HATES his fans so much and your big HBO deal for that Dave Baustista movie from 8 years ago.

Despite all this, I'll be picking up your Primal Scream release.

Best of luck with Point Doom
Well if you're gonna put it that way...I guess all I can say is...thanks.

haha you sound just like Bill on that one dawnofthediscs...POINT DOOM was actually one of the early ones Dark Force decided to do due to the lack of titles in the beginning. Of course that all changed very quickly and honestly we're not too thrilled about POINT DOOM either right now

Truth be told tho if Andrew dice clay is in it, even if washed up, still worth a watch in my book.

Yes please bring on point Doom.
The more early 2000 titles we can get on blu the better.

I'd be more fascinated with the Blu-ray crushing update if it were a woman with red toenails and black strappy high heels.

I am intrigued about the major acquisition, though.

I’d ask if that meant you’re just going to half-ass it due to lack of enthusiasm, but then that just raises the question of whether or not you have enthusiasm for anything you’ve done to date, and that’s just a huge can of worms, isn’t it?
