Thank you. The stands are a bit pricey at $2.50 ea. at Walmart, so I use those for my Marvel steels and use these for everything else since they are cheap and work real good.

I went with the 3" ones

Too bad that Daredevil is like the 'Joffery' of the Marvel movies. Generally unliked by most fans

Hey now, it's just a place holder until something better comes along to fill its spot on the shelf.

I would have put an X-Men movie there, but they have their own display.

I use the exact same stands for my steels. I pay $1.60/ea for my 3" acrylic stands.

I use this to keep my stands from moving everywhere when I dust or reorganize my steels.

Awe man, I always liked those Batman steels...just wish they would have zoomed in a bit on the Bane artwork (although I know different companies did the steels so I can see why they are not exact).

I still kick myself for not buying a Korean IM steelbook for cheap when I had the chance...I am talking cost plus shipping.

Thanks for the heads up on the putty. These things do slip around a bit so I may have to look into that.

I would watch out for those stands the plastic ones. They can leave marks on the back where it sits on the steelbook. Like lines from the pressure unless you don't keep them sealed then you don't have to worry about it.

I wish they would've zoomed in a bit as well.

No problem!

My Marvel TW steels are the only ones I keep sealed. Other than that, I open mine and put them in protective sleeves. Thanks for the tip though!

Quake Hold! That must be some serious dusting you do. I might look into it though, I had some stuff fall off the shelf in the last shaker. That's California for you though.

Thanks for the pro tips.

Seriously though, it doesn't take much for these stands to slide all over the place. You're quite welcome!

Anywho, sorry for derailing the thread.

The only good versions of TIH out there unfortunately, it's not a steel, but at least it's vertical.

I often ask my self this as well, why do I still live in the US when I hated their taxes and the dude who currently sits in White House.

Just cause I am not VIP, fear of not able to secure a copy here. Once the status has achieved, I probably will stick with all Gbs here...

Good for you. The thing about the VIP is you'd be forced to binge buy on most of the past releases if you are late to the party. Joining the BF GB here is not that hard. You just need to be right on time when it starts. I just buy the items I really want and don't care much about the VIP status.

What John said...it's not a steelbook but I found it at FYE for $10 so it works as a placeholder until one of these Asian companies gives is a REAL steelbook. Nit that horizontal UK one or the hideous reel heroes one (which I actually have and won't display ).
