I didn't like it.

I'm surprised at how overrated this show is.

Visuals are amazing, Hiddleston is great, Owen Wilson too.

But the final episode was more TEASE, TEASE, TEASE, TEASE.

Come on, just say who the character is.

And didn't like that actor's performance AT ALL, looks like a cheap comedian making jokes and acting crazy when we're talking about such a big and important role.

It’s an important role but because of the variants a character can act/look different ways. I think the character we see in the movies will be more of what we think he should look/act like.

I also think thats why he wasnt name dropped in the episode.

Apparently, 12 episodes were filmed/produced so Season 2 is more like the second half of Season 1.

That is just one of an infinite number of
[Show spoiler]Kang
variants.

I love the show. I wasn't ready for it to end, and it hasn't. So ready for season 2. Glad there wasn't a finality to it and they're keeping it going.

The Mandalorian is tied for the most Emmy nominations and WandaVision is right behind. I think Disney/Marvel/Lucasfilm knows exactly what they're doing. I expect Loki to get a ton next year.

I put these D+ Marvel and Star Wars series are right up there with the movies. There's a lot to look forward to.

Too funny that he actually spoiled it a week or so back. A pic was posted on Twitter with him

They did say who he is. He's He Who Remains. That's a distinct character, and even if he wanted to use a name, it would be Nathanial Richards, not Kang.

Disappointed as I am that he didn't show up in a post-credits, they were never going to introduce a potential Thanos-replacing villain on a streaming show. Honestly, I think what we got was better--it leads to more questions and keeps the OG Kang a menace we can only kind of see the outline of so far.

RageATL, where did you see that they already produced those episodes?

"The Conquerer" was an obvious reference but I'm disgusted at Marvel by this point. One would think that he would have been name-dropped in the finale.
[Show spoiler]They never named Thanos by name in the first Avengers either. I'm pretty sure a lot of the audience for that movie (who might not be fans of the comics) initially went "huh, who's that" when he appeared in the mid-credits, only finding out who he is via thousands of articles by media sites. The same is gonna happen here.

Fair enough, but spoiled the actor playing him and that the character was coming.

While IMO Loki is the best MCU show so far, that finale was a little lackluster for me. It had some great moments but it felt a little bit short. However, since there will be another season, I can get over my gripes with the finale, which are minor.

A little harder to judge this one since the story definitely isn't complete, but overall I loved it. I would say it's a bit better than WandaVision. 2 winners out of 3 for MCU TV ain't too bad.

I wonder how long it'll be in between seasons then! Marvel seems to have a pretty full slate the rest of 2021. If I had to guess, assuming this is true, maybe February? (in between Spider-Man and Doctor Strange 2)

I say this because Hollywood Reporter seems to think Loki will be appearing in the latter as of today

I liked the Finale. I still think Loki is the best of the D+ Shows. Depending how Hawkeye is later this year might change.

I'm not understanding the complaints of the show just showing "teases" or lack of "name dropping". This is how you build up major characters/storylines. If you want things to be rushed, watch the DC films.

If anything can top Loki, it's Yelena Belova.
