Yep, the ebay mandated resolution was I would have to return it to the seller at my cost to get a refund...total BS...I'll be leaving negative feedback (when I tried it said I had to wait 7 days) and I recommend everyone else who ordered one do the same

Have you tried calling and talking to someone about the shipping? I've had better luck getting a person on the phone to help than through the systems.
