I love Inception, and I like Nolan, but there hasn't been a good Batman film since 1989.

After watching Kingdom of the Crystal Skull earlier, my two cents:

It's not really UO to say that it's mediocre, so I'll leave that point there. I wished that the franchise ended with The Last Crusade.

I liked Shia LaBoeuf and Cate Blanchett (despite her playing the weakest villain in the franchise).

Personally I don't like Shawshank at all. Thought it was cloying rubbish that leads the viewer by the hand and uses saccharine narration to make sure you know exactly how to feel about everything on screen. I think Showgirls really is a better film and I am not trolling or trying to be internet edgy.

You can't blame the "Batman" films for showcasing this ever since Frank Miller & David Mazzuchelli immortalized that image on the "Year One" arc, it has been a common staple when depicting his origin on the screen.

I used to like Shawshank but it's one of those films were I would not be up set if I never saw it again. I think that The Green Mile is far better. Never seen Showgirls.

These are the mentions of Nolan from simply today alone, it’s so nauseating and repetitive. I won't name call but this site is full of people who criticize Nolan a bit too much especially TDKR I guess. I've stated multiple times that Nolan is my favorite current director alongside Fincher, so why I can't express some positive thoughts about his movies?

Fincher has completely rescued and revolutioned modern cinema.

Not a huge fan of Frank's take of Superman but I did like the film.

The Dark Knight Rises is massively underappreciated, over-hated and one of Nolan's best movies.

Hannibal is one of Ridley Scott's best movies.

Endgame is one of the worst comic book movies ever made.

The storyline of Pulp Fiction is worse than the one in Django Unchained.
