I didn't hear anything for almost 2 weeks (which is ok I guess - but not great) and then got an email message from Alayna in customer service - apologizing for the delay in answering and telling me that she would get both of these out to me the following week.

That was 3 weeks ago..

I sent another email yesterday, asking... well more like politely pleading... to get them to resolve this. Nothing yet today. It's been almost a month with not resolution.

So, I sent another email to OrbitDVD. Maybe they can intervene?

I don't know what's going on... but the optics on this aren't great.

Just be patient. They’re just shipping the booklets and replacement discs to subscribers now so will most likely get to everyone once this round of sub shipments has been finished up. I just got mine today with my sub package for Arbor Day/Imvader/Sledgehammer. You’ll get them, they’ve already confirmed they’ll ship them out to everyone who ordered these WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE no less, so just be patient. They’ve had a lot going on recently with the 13 Weeks Announcements and a bunch of new subscribers.

Also, you can still watch the 4K of SITD. The reported issue with the 4K disc doesn’t affect playback or the quality of the movie; and it still looks great.

Also, just be patient. If you're emailing Alayna she may not know everything anyways and sometimes has to wait on an answer from other team members from TV. You'll get an answer eventually, don't overwhelm the small TV team with emails either cause that will just make the issue worse.

Also… I don’t mind waiting…

It’s just the non-responsiveness that bothers me…

She made it sound like three weeks ago that I would be getting my replacements within a week…

If she would’ve indicated that it would be another couple weeks before things come in… I would’ve been fine with that.

I will continue to be patient… God knows I have plenty of other stuff to watch…

I’m also glad to hear that Sledgehammer is finally shipping…

I can’t wait to get that as it’s been a long awaited upgrade for me!

The color is reportedly desaturated but they’re not sure if it’s every 4K disc or some sort of they’re working to resolve the issue and are gonna replace the discs at a later date when they figure out what’s wrong. I watched my 4K and I wouldn’t have noticed the issue unless it was pointed out to me so it’s not really too big of a deal

Thanks I appreciate it I'm just going to wait then it sounds like they've got a lot of orders to deal with so I totally understand. My work has already gotten the Christmas decorations out just over a week ago its ridiculous. And we have a lot more Christmas stuff coming on palettes it's insane. The warehouses have been sending us a ton of Christmas decorations almost two months before November it's not something I want to see yet, but when the company wants it out early they want it out early even though I don't understand why it needs to be out now.

The holiday season has begun for Walmart, and retail companies in general. Also apparently we have a lot of plush ducks out this year yep Halloween ducks were ducks, vampire ducks, Frankenstein ducks, and cat ducks. A lot of them are cute especially the wereducks, and the vampire ducks remind me of Count Duckula except the plushes are not green. Also Mummy ducks too I love werewolves, and Vampires so I might pick up the wereducks, and vampire ducks they're really adorable.

Based on the screenshots I've seen, I wouldn't be watching it with that desaturated colour palette personally.
Will have a look at mine when it arrives and see if toggling between SDR and HDR makes a difference.
