Same. It possibly taking up to 4 weeks is pretty lame, but it's nice to know it will be replaced. Maybe we'll get working ones before the regular release comes out.

I just hope they don't run out of the exclusive copies before the replacement is processed.

you don't havfe to send back the package, just the disc.. so you will still have your exclusive

oh that would have been a no no!!! sometimes you get lucky and they will send you another package as well 2 slips than!

I did a replacement program for Saving Private Ryan, Gladiator, Total Recall and Halloween II (universal) all those times I just sent the disc and received just the disc. Total Recall I sent the disc and they sent me a whole new package

Weird. When I was on the phone with them earlier they were adamant that I had to return the case along with the disc. They didn't mention the slip, but they did specifically say the case needed to be with it.

than return the case keep the slip, like I said ive done replacements before and never had to send the package just the disc, haven't had an exchange yet with foxconnect so maybe they do things differently

ill grab a buddy or my brother (whoever is around) to help me load and unload.. I'm moving from one apartment to another, its just me so I don't have a ton of stuff, but for some reason I have like 10 medium boxes of stuff All my blus fit in one box, but my autograph memorabilia collection and HT is the annoying stuff..

you're lucky, none of my friends would ever help me move. I can just imagine them dropping a box of memorabilia and my reaction.
