Man you guys are lucky. I don't know what it is. But UPS delivers them and I always have to sign.

But I have a Blu-ray player delivered by FedEx and they just sit it in front of my apartment door.

I apologize if I read over it, but does anyone know yet if the single bluray edition of this has a slipcover?

Default Signing for amazon prime packages

The reason you have to sign for your packages is because you live in an apartment. UPS policy.

I pretty much have had to sign for EVERY UPS shipment. My brother/roommate has a Prime account, and I managed to get my account linked to his, so I preorder the new Blu-Rays I want and get them shipped free, and then have to deal with the anxiety of being home when UPS gets here. (Because it's not like, you know, people have jobs or anything...)

Just like you, I'm pretty sure my Blu-Ray player (which I purchased on eBay) shipped via FedEx, and they just left it on my doorstep.

After all the back and forth I decided to get the normal 3D version, because while the Loki cover looks sweet, I just can't get over that ugly cutout on the back. I know this version has the cutout too, but not in the middle of a picture. And I never really liked that shot of him either, so I went with the Thor version. Plus it's cheaper and has that cool lightning detailing on the front.

My order is shipping now but I won't get it for a while since I'm overseas, but I'm looking forward to watching all of the Avengers-verse movies again before CA: Winter Soldier comes out.

No, the single disc does not come with a slipcover.

If anyone is buying the Target exclusive with Loki slipcover, I would recommend going tomorrow morning ASAP. The store that I work at only has 7 copies, again 7 COPIES about to be put out by the front lanes. Of course, there could always be more stock in the back, but I've never seen a big release like this only put out less than 10 copies in the front. Even Gravity 3D only has 7 copies.

There are, however, plenty of 1 disc copies sans slipcover.

Hmm, Best Buy steelbook or Target Loki variant slipcover? Decisions, decisions.

EDIT: BTW, I read that the Target package has an exclusive code for a free one-month trial for Marvel's digital comics service. If I already signed-up for a trial offer for the service before (I used a Red Robin coupon to join there for free), wouldn't that offer be null and void for me?

I think I'm going with the regular 3D cover since I think it has the best artwork compared to the steelbook and Loki slipcover. Plus, Walmart's is $1 cheaper and comes with exclusive digital content.

Is it me or did Marvel drop the "CD" from the 3D sets?

Does anyone know if the Target exclusive is just the slip with the regular cover underneath?

Pretty sure you can't use it.
I've decided, after seeing the back of the Loki Cover, to get the Best Buy SteelBook.

Was at my Walmart earlier as they were resetting the stickers and pricing on the shelves...I saw a $19 (DVD) $22 (standard bluray) and a $24 sticker which I'm thinking may be for the 3D? Unless there is another standard release

Does Target have the the 3D version that's NOT an Exclusive?

Is there no more "CD" with the 3D version?
