Two things:
1. Why are there both a slipcase and a slipcover? Seems unnecessary.

2. Why are the discs stacked? It's only 4 discs. I'm starting to get worried about LotR.

I might go for this one just for this very same reason, i hate the UK logos but i hate more stacked discs.

Funny thing about the US regular edition, the bonus discs is a proper 3 discs case, while S7 and S8 are stacked.

Looks like stacked discs on S1-8, and the bonus features case has the swivel.

One digital code for all seasons.

Casetopia has spread out discs for 23.49 but shipping is like 10.90. 4 discs 15mm and 12.5 mm 3 discs. Hmm.

Looks like that the german non steel release will be 8 Digis in a slipcase cover.

15mm cases will make the box useless, all Got cases look to me 12.5mm.

That's fine - 12.5 x 9 = 112.5 ... but (15 x 7) + (1 x 6) = 111.

So buy 7 x 4-disc Viva Elite (15mm) and 1 x 2-disc slimline Viva Elite (6mm):
1) put S1-6 in their 4-disc cases;
2) put S7 + Conquests in the remaining 4-disc case;
3) put the other two bonus discs in the slimline case; and
4) put S8 in the bin.

Yikes. I don't mind stacked if it's just the blu-ray and bonus discs but having two UHD discs stacked feels wrong. Those plastic cases should be pretty cheap to manufacture. Can't wait until this thread gets flooded with scratched discs complaints.

Those logos on the sleeve sides are going to upset some of the more OCD members here! Not sure why they needed to plaster each individual case with them.

Why is season 3+7 rated 15 but the rest are rated 18 don't they all feature tits ,gore, sex LOL

And why is season 3 missing the blue logo? The lack of uniformity is going to ruin someone's life for sure.

That's what bothers me. Will order the German version and hope that there are Digis in it like the first complete edition of the 1080p Bluray's.

I was thinking the same thing. Season 3 even has a pregnant woman getting stabbed in the belly multiple times.

This set looks pretty ugly. Cartoon dragon on the box, close ups of the house symbol icons. Steelbooks look a bit nicer, but too much $$ and a bit cumbersome. I'm going with the regular set and maybe I'll print out custom covers or something if it bothers me.
