Wow. Such a moving film. The story alone is such a great thing. I believe everyone, w/ or w/o children, can and probably will have a great emotional reaction to this film. There are times in this were I wanted to be with Jolie's chracter and help her. I really hope that everyone can watch this film as soon as they get the chance.

Jolie and Malkovich do such an amazing job in this that I couldn't believe it. I will def say she should have won over Winslet especially for the role Winslet won for. At least Jolie got the nom she most def deserved.

Malkovich's character really spoke to me in the fact that he was very outspoken about his opinion and he acted on them. That is what we should all be like in this world to help people that need it.

I can't believe it took me this long to see this and I am will never not see a Eastwood film again no matter if they all are horrible from here on out.

Clint you are the man and I love you! Keep doing what you do best, directing.

I gotta get off the pot and watch this--- bought it months ago on CZAR;s reccomendation and I still haven't watched it!!

Well, thats the problem with a lot of films, they have weak sories. A movie has to have a good sory, not just splozhuns and boobs.

Not the best transfer but it's a comedy so that doesn't really matter, excellent comedy.

For a newer comedy, the transfer was disappointing. It's not that bad though, I'll still enjoy it regardless

Great film, very underrated and very important in regards to law, psychiatry and gender.

Jolie should've won the Oscar for her role (sorry squid)

Honestly it wasn't going to be the best transfer regardless because the movie is centered around weddings. You get a lot of makeup and clothes that give a soft appearance, they're not really around things a lot that show off the power of HD.

Hmm, not sure what you mean. That has nothing to do with a clear, detailed, colorful picture

Pearl Harbor - Director's Cut 4/5

I like the film. The action scenes are phenomenal and I dig the love story. The score is beautiful too, but at the same time it's quite manipulative. The main problem is the patriotism. It's very annoying in some scenes.

I think if you see or purchase "Tora! Tora! Tora! on Blu, your opinion and rating of this film will change significantly. Next to "Tora!" Pearl Harbor is the worst film made about the Pearl Harbor attack. And if you want a love story with the Pearl Harbor setting, From Here to Eternity is much, much better. By the way, Tora! is region-free if you want to order it from somewhere other than the United States.

The Visitor

Director: Thomas McCarthy
Writer: Thomas McCarthy
Mains: Richard Jenkins, Haaz Sleiman.

First off i would like to say that this movie was touching and beautiful. I didnt think id like it as much as i did being that im really not into music but as the story progresses you really see that its not about music at all. A man that has lost interest in everything around him but is subconsciously wanting to have something greater than what he possess. He finds that something but in a very weird way. (Dont wanna spoil it).

I like the movie allot and thought it was very touching but i have to admit there where time where i thought the acting was a little off. To be specific with the Mom, Girlfriend, and Mother. I dont know if it was apart of there roles but i thought it only felt authentic 90% of the time. But on behalf of Richard Jenkins all i have to say is Bravo. He did a superb job and i really got into his character.

Overall good movie, touching and beautiful through many different views.
