yep
[Show spoiler]Beth will be in Season 4.. she makes the cut

[Show spoiler]It just depends on what plan they have for Rick. Also, I can Judith being turned and Rick refusing to give up his child like the Governor did with Penny. That event would be so devastating to a fractured mind that still hasn't recovered from his last mental breakdown
Or I could see Rick
[Show spoiler]looking at a turned Judith and seeing Shane and putting a bullet in her head. He's already had some odd moments where he glared at Judith like "who the hell are you."

I'd go along with that regardless of the below posts.
Scripts & outcomes can be always be changed

[Show spoiler]Not sure why I'm putting this in spoilers since its just guessing. I think if they zombified little Sophia and put a bullet in her head they'd have no problem killing off the baby. Maybe not show the body though. I suspect Tyreese or his sister are going to do something in the battle they regret and that turns them against Woodbury. Nobody seems to be naming Michonne to die, which makes me think she will if its that unexpected.

No way in hell they would kill Michonne off this early. They JUST introduced her.

In the comics, did Judith zombify after she died?

No... but she was crushed when Lori fell on her so it probably caused brain damage leading to it. With the two people who always hold the baby being rumored to be in season 4 (Beth and Carol) I can't see either one of them being shot through or falling on top of the baby. (In all honesty I don't know how they even film that scene without it being over the top... Even the scene in Dawn of the Dead 2007 took place mostly off camera)

Don't want to get into the comics too much, but when you think about it...

[Show spoiler] Lori's death wasn't 100% confirmed. I just looked through issue #48 again, and she was alive in the last panel where her face was shown (after she was shot). A few pages later, her body is shown from an overhead angle, face down, and standing over her is the person who shot her. They don't show her face or anything, and the murderer lashes out on The Governor regarding the child she was holding.

This just occurred to me. Not saying I believe Lori's alive, I'm saying they didn't conclusively confirm her death.

I thought they explained in an episode that they normally tend to be slow, but when they're in large groups they can go into a frenzy. The ones in Atlanta were like that, and that herd at the end of season 2.

It was confirmed on the survival Guide to the Walking Dead trade, Kirkman explains how both didn't make it out alive.

You are exagerating because you didnt like him because he wasnt a "badass" like Shane and opposed Shane. He did in fact have valuable skills. He saved Andrea and Amy during the initial outbreak. He knew how to repair and maintain vehicles. Thats a big deal in that world. He was a lookout gaurd/sniper on top of the RV. He tricked Andrea out of committing suicide. He helped with all the physical labor, including burials and burning walkers.

At least Herschel adapts and has some "street smarts."
Um... Dale was the one who confronted Herschell about the barn full of Walkers. Dale tried to get Herschell to realize that walkers were not people anymore. You cant say that Dale didnt have street smarts, he knew what was up.

He had a conscience, but that's more of a hinderence than help in that sort of world.
He encouraged people to maintain their humanity. Dont confuse that with an unwillingness to slaughter zombies. Dale was all for killin zombies.

He was an asset.
