The Jungle Book is absolutely gorgeous and the story kept my interest throughout. Not sorry I bought it.

Well its cheap and region free (think I just paid about 8$ for it) and I heard good things from a few others. But as usual I'll report back after I open and watch it.

Couple of decent reviews on the bluray page also. I was there for the cheap jungle book and terra just popped out at me.

Didn't really enjoy this film the first time I saw it in theaters and mainly bought this for the Hulk v Hulkbuster scene. Gotta say though, last night I enjoyed the film a lot more this time around, although I still think it is a bit too jokey at times and Ultron is a pansy but the 3D was good.

Ultron was the one character to carry the entire movie

By chance, I just finished watching this and was blown away by the 3D. I felt that the movie was crafted with 3D perspective in mind, giving nearly every scene incredible depth.

It's a movie that is unfairly maligned. I love Age of Ultron.

Hi Steedeel

It was only shipped out yesterday. It seems from the write-ups that it's not a bad 3D flick. As you saw, got a used copy quite cheap so I consider it a no risk.

My own hunch it's one of those films the 3D makes the difference.

Let me know what you think should you watch it first.

Purchased a nice collection from a member here on site a few days ago...

-Thor Dark World 3D
-Captain America Winter Solider 3D
-Guardians of the Galaxy 3D
-Ant-Man 3D
-Avengers Age of Ultron 3D

He was also kind enough to throw in John Carter 3D. All for $30.

A day or so before that I snagged this off ebay for $6.50 shipped.

Also picked up 2 more new pairs of Samsung 3D glasses for $14.99 of ebay yesterday. 3D is alive and well in this home.

Just bought and watched this one

I did not think I would like this being an "old school" Peanuts fan but I was pleasantly surprised.

TripleHBK, 3D is very alive at our house as well.

We have 6 pair of the LG passive glasses for our OLED and ten active shutter glasses for our Panasonic plasma (two Samsung and eight Panasonic)

Hi 2112,

Loved it too.

It was kept in the spirit of Charles Schultz and that's why it was so good. There was no deviation from the "old school".

Hi tripleHBK,

He's no longer a member on this site but a friend of yours for life! Those films for that price plus throwing in John Carter? Wow!

HI 2112,

It's alive and well in our house too. Collection must be rising to near 180 or so titles.

We only have six active glasses. Yet the four generic rechargable glasses we bought off eBay work better than the two that came with our Sony kdl50w800b (had a fifth pair but that broke down). More depth, richer color and more detail.

It is in my HT setup as well. I upgraded all of my equipment for 3D, and I don't plan on slowing down my 3D purchases.

I don't have the best home theater, but I'm not going to be very happy when 3D disappears. Both 3D and 4K can coexist on the same format. If you don't like 3D, that's fine, but don't take it away from the customers that do enjoy it.

As for the glasses, I only own 2 sets. Not too long ago, I even bought a case for them. They're the rechargeable active type. The case gives me a nice peace of mind. Whenever I have to upgrade my plasma with a 4K LED, it better have 3D capability.
