I had opened a support case at Flixster, Vudu and UV when the it first disappeared. Vudu case is still "in progress" and I got and email from Flixster a couple of days ago that said they "Re-inserted the movie" so it seems something got 'fixed' and the re-insertion allowed the movie to be transferred to Vudu.

My suggestion would be to ask Flixster to reinsert the movie and see if that then triggers the transfer.

They reinserted it in my flixster (now it shows at the top of my list) but still hasn't transferred over to vudu... yet?
