that sucks! ha I would hope they wouldn't drop anything, they didn't on my last move so I guess I gotta trust them a tad. the majority of my auto's are picture frames excluding my autographed hockey sticks.. so its not all that bad.. I just had a TON

My CSR simply said "follow the instructions on the form" and the form said "send in your item for replacement" so I wasn't sure what to do. And I've already sent the disc so...oh well.

you have the email as proof. so it shouldn't be an issue, i'd be shocked if they gave you a hard time over that.. either way your fine, don't sweat it

Worst that can happen is they will send you just a new disc in a envelope.

I received my Darko and Saints (ordered on the 17th) on Saturday via USPS, but just received the other 7 (ordered on the 16th) via UPS today! SotL was a blue case, so I guess they all are... or at least no one has reported a black case yet.

On another note, I emailed Foxconnect about the shipping charges on the order placed on the 17th, when they started charging shipping, and quoted their own FAQ about free shipping, and they've already refunded me! Just sent another email about my last order (another Fly) so hopefully that will get refunded as well. Don't everyone rush to email at the same time now...

Lol, same sitch here except I ordered all of mine on the same day but had 2 separate orders. Carrie arrived Saturday via USPS but the other 4 have yet to arrive via UPS and it's almost 8:30pm CST. Kinda sad when USPS beats UPS on delivery time.

I'm kinda anal about my Blu-rays, and keep everything that was included when purchased, including stickers, inserts and even the top security sticker with printed title, so the SotL is gonna drive me nuts! Keep the blue case or replace with black to make a matching set??? Why Fox, just why?

guy said only 2000 available and will be later this year not available to pre order at comic con only for show.

im interested in the predator head, do you know the approximate size? is it like a regular head size? like t2 or sonny bust? also do you know if the mask goes on and comes off easily? thanks.

i know know the actual size but i think a little bit bigger then the t2 head i dont own the sonny bust so dont know

the display was locked down so couldnt tell you how easy it is to take the mask of and put it back on
