I would like to buy it at least 2 more times. Once from a new 4K scan on a 4K disc then from a 12k scan on a 12k disc.

I'm fairly confident the Blu-ray format will be the last stop for most indy label releases. I think even attempting to go 4K may eventually end up bankrupting these little guys. We don't want the one-man ops to go the way Midnight Legacy did.

Completely agree. In the home theater space on TV's under 70" a 4K UHD of something like House on Sorority Row or Opera or The Church will only look incrementally better. The grain may be resolved better but the longer we take to scan these negatives the more they will fade and degrade. Ultimately looking in a worst condition that the previous scan.

I can see Synapse Films releasing Suspiria in 4k UHD disc but it'll be a fixed price of $60 and only 1000 copies people will lose their minds. lol

Considering the price on their steelbook and the price of the 4k UK version I don't think that many of us would blink at that price!

I do, I'm not planning on double dipping for that title, but I might for House on Sorority Row.
