I finally was able to play for an hour last night and did the three new story missions. This game hates me. Got all blue drops. Even the legendary packages I saved turned into shards and energy.

so i read that the urn quest is like a 5 part bounty that takes awhile and all you get from it is some 33 light gloves. not really worth the time or coin, unless you havn't bought any vanguard gloves yet.

it's not the cool evolving weapon quest that people thought

Yup, just watched a video on that, how dumb. Folks were thinking the reward would be the weapon that starts out rare and ends up exotic.

I think I will also be buying the new Titan gauntlets from Xur.

So what's the best way to farm glimmer? I need quite a bit to upgrade all my exotics.

While maybe not the best, the Exclusion Zone set on hard, with resupply codes, gives you 400-500 glimmer plus every 2 minutes. They also drop network keys, which give you 200 glimmer from the Cryptarch. One time I got 2000 glimmer from network keys from a single farming session.

i could use a little hint for this as well.

i know anytime you kill an enemy (knight, vandal, witch, captain) that has a yellow bar, they'll usually drop something that'll get you 200 glimmer from the cryptarch.

so i always take the time to kill them when i see them.

I guess it was only a matter of time that I have to farm Glimmer, I've farmed everything else

the sad part was i had like 15 things to trade in w/the cryptarch for the longest time b/c i was maxed out on glimmer.

now i have less than 5000.

Rolled the dice 4 times on Exotic engrams - got a titan helmet that isnt that good, 1 warlock, and 2 hunters. Worthless!!! Now I have 4 motes oh well.

And didnt Xur at least have 1 titan helmet available for upgrade!!??!?!

Basically I hate you Xur!!!

And of course I am the only player in destiny without ice breaker...Yay!!! lol
