Hi cyber,

I personally found bubba to be very funny. Imagine, Elvis and JFK stuck in a nursing home, nobody believing whom they really were and winding up fighting aliens? An over the top comedic idea that worked.

We will be watching this many more times in the future. This was our favorite overall 3D title of the year so far.
Hi infinite,

One of ours, too. Did you get around to boo boo's buddy?

I had a bad experience with them many years ago: Bought a Pioneer Laserdisc player from them advertised as New Stock. A few years later it needed to be fixed and the service guy showed me where it had been repaired before-so I paid for new but got refurbished. Anyway, a few months back I finally got my 3D set- a LG 60" LED from Crutchfield. I've been stockpiling 3D titles for a few years now and I've slowly been working my way through them. The last one I watched was The Martian which I thought looked outstanding in 3D. In today's mail was my latest purchase- Star Trek Beyond.

Watched Despicable Me parts 1 and 2 in 3D to get ready for part 3 in the theaters. I hadn't watched them in 3D since seeing them years ago in the theaters. Such strong 3D. Part 2 made my eyes hurt a bit towards the end and that usually doesn't happen to me with any 3D. Lots of great pop outs and so much depth from both movies. hoping 3 is just as good.

How are the movies themselves? Do you have to watch part 1 in order to fully get part 2?

I would suggest watching the first one before seeing the second one. I suppose you could watch them out of order but you wouldn't know the characters and their backstory to fully appreciate what's going on. Me and my wife are in our mid 40's with no kids and have enjoyed these immensely. I'm probably seeing part 3 later on tonight. The Minions movie wasn't too bad either but nowhere near as good as the others. If you like animated flicks with 3D I highly recommend these.

Me and my wife also in our mid 40's, no kids
She wants to see these two titles because of how much she enjoyed Secret Life of Pets

I LOVED the first one, but the 2nd one and Minions are a bit of a step down.

The 3D in part 1 is great!

The first two Despicable Me films are very enjoyable, all on the back of Steve Carrell's voice acting as Gru.

Minions is barely watchable and lazy family filmmaking.

This is a Region A release for those without Region-free players.

Picked up Ghost Rider 3D at a Disc Replay for $7.99 total.

I'm pretty sure this movie sucks, but the 3D is probably good.

This copy also had 2D, 3D, and some kind of third bonus disc.

The Lenticular slipcover is also mint and is kinda cool looking.

I didn't know till I bought it, but the disc art is also really nice too.

If this movie wasn't totally complete, I wouldn't have bought it.

It's probably the Best Buy exclusive.... too bad I spent $27.99 on release day but the 3D was quite good

Picked up Shrek 3D The Complete Collection for $7.99 at Vintage Stock. Has all 4 movies in 3D. It looks like it may have been a Samsung promotional item of some sort. Great deal for 4 3D movies!

USA Sammy's Adventures: The Secret Passage 3D

Well after reading all the info and reviews I could I finally bought this movie. I got the Korean version that is region A for $33 Amazon Prime. It has English soundtrack and you can have English subtitles if you want. Apparently this is a good story movie with great 3D with set the bar high popouts thruout. Any one seen this 3D movie or it's sequel?
