Rewatching this again, I think this maybe the first Disney movie to portray the villain as one of the main protagonists. Frollo gets more screentime than any villain prior to him, he goes through an arc, the story is just about him as it is about Quasimodo.

Anyone know why the sequel looks so bad? Looks like it came from film oddly. Even The Enchanted Christmas looks better than this and it came out years earlier
