The fact that they used Harrison Ford's dialogue from Anchorman 2 is a dead giveaway it's not real.

Usually I'd be annoyed by fake trailers popping up all over the place, but as I know the trailer is just a day away now I don't care. Just excited for the real deal.

I don't mind fan made trailers as long as they don't try to pass them off as the real thing.
For fan art, it's not bad though.
