Well, you are in the deals thread.

I for one, always try my best to pay the very least amount I possibly have to for blu-rays. A dollar isn't a big deal until you have 700-1000 blu-rays that you paid one or two dollars more for than you should have. Then you're looking at a new TV you could've had.

Yeah, it really keeps my blu spending in check when I think of it that way.

If someone is planning to only have a collection of 50-100 blus, it may not be as important to them to look for the very best deal or wait until prices drop on a certain new release. Personally, I always try to save the most because it increases the chance that I'll actually make a profit later on when I sell it, or at the very least, break even. It makes blind buys less of a risk as well.

Yeah Im already 600+ and bought like 500 of them last year. Never really buy new releases though until I spotted this thread.
