No point even buying online now: 4 x £1 DVDs and the postage came to about 18 quid lol

There's still rarer discs to be had from CeX at great prices but other than that their pricing is just silly.

I've combined my instore and onine account now (in store they give you a PIN to do it online).

Is that postage to your home, what about store collection?

Store collection is free, but that is only for items located at that particular store. They don't send stuff from shop to shop.

Thank you, I did not know that moving stock from branch to branch is not an option

Incidentally, if you combine online/store accounts: it took almost 4 days for all my orders/trade-ins to appear for some reason.

15 years I've used them.

Bought something this morning too for £8.00 that sells for silly money so they're always worth checking.

As for run of the mill Blu-rays it's pointless -for me anyway- even looking now due to their pricing and postage costs.

I have 3 x CEX stores within 15 minutes of my house, if that was an option I would definitely do it.

Anybody else getting sent blu rays with the spine sleeves bleached out from sunlight? Everything has been ok overall but last month had three arrive in disappointing condition.

I had one where the bottom of the amaray case on a Eureka title was literally sheared off, leaving everything exposed, the cover, booklet and disc were fine though. Good job I had a replacement case to hand.

I often have the booklets included from Cex, so they don't do it deliberately.

If you're checking the cases before buying that's not worth doing as they keep booklets with the discs behind the counter, or at least that's common practice.

They keep them behind the counter with the discs. If you see like one of the bigger Arrow box sets the extras will be removed too it’ll just be the case. I grabbed a long OOP Eureka last week and the booklet was kept behind the counter with the disc

Sometimes the big boxsets are kept behind the counter.

Tested the CeX 2 year warranty last week. The tablet was actually out of warranty but they'd backdated it to their 5 year warranty which was much appreciated.

They took off about 30% for the 2 year use and sent me a voucher this morning (I'd originally paid with a voucher). That's them paying for the return postage too.

Nobody can compete with that. That's why I buy all my mobiles from them.

Others already answered for you but on a related note I just found the Cisco Pike LE with booklet for £8 in the Bayswater store, chuffed with that. I think half the time they unknowingly price up the LEs as the SEs.

Do we think for the likes of the MoC series where the booklet is in every copy, their disclaimer

"Notes About Additional Content
Our products may not include additional material like Digital Copies, Online Passes or promotional downloadable content (DLC).”

means they wouldn’t accept a return if it didn’t come with it? I’m looking at maybe grabbing a couple of out of print ones as their prices compare well to eBay

Im thinking of grabbing a PS5 Slim - I have some vouchers up to about £70 would it be a good idea to get it from them?

Or should I fork out for a new one?
