Watched Hugo again. I'm not sure there's any better 3D (technically speaking) on the face of the earth. Great entertainment.

Dredd 3D - average to above average 3D; I liked the movie better than Raid Redemption
Bait 3D - average to above average 3D; screen play apparently written by 10 year olds
Journey to the Center of the Earth 3D - some really amazing 3D scenes and some totally not, and the transition is abrupt
Titanic 3D - good depth throughout the movie, can't believe I sat through another James Cameron flick just for the 3D
Wrath of the Titans 3D - very good 3D; movie had lots of action--had low expectations and they were apparently met
Resident Evil Retribution - 3D not as good as Afterlife, but movie was more entertaining and re-watchable

I guess technically it's a tie with Avatar. Don't bother with the Hugo Cabret book BTW, after the movie I found it extremely disappointing.

Last watched:

Dredd - movie 4/5, 3D 4/5
Frankenweenie - movie 4,5/5, 3D 5/5

Burton is back. I was becoming more and more disappointed with his recent efforts, but this is one great movie.

Flying Swords of Dragon Gate rocks. I can't claim I understood the entire thing since the plot is somewhat convoluted and confusing, but then again it's a feast for the eyes.

Same goes for me about Flying Swords Of Dragon Gate. Terrific, persistent, continuous 3D.

Out the door I spent $30 after u&s coupons and my $10 rewards. I only went there to pick up Polar Express 3d and of course.. they had none. Dont ask why I picked up the above.. the certs expired at the end of this month and I had already turned in 5 dvds.
Is the bb ad out for next week yet.. hoping there is a few more 3d titles worth picking up.
Legend of the Guardians (I think you mean) is well worth a look. It's very good.

Creature from the Black Lagoon - Some great 3D in places, especially for a movie this age!

Watched ParaNorman. I dunno, after having watched Frankenweenie recently, ParaNorman was somewhat of a letdown. Neither the movie nor the 3D really "came alive" for me (pun intended ).

I watched Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter yesterday. I loved it, the 3D wasn't amazing but it was ok. It was just a really entertaining film to me.

That's pretty much my opinion of the movie, wasn't too impressed with the 3d but I liked the movie a lot

I thought the 3D in Abraham Lincoln was fantastic! It's funny how we all see these kinds of things differently.
