First and last time I order from HMV. Both copies showed up today in two separate thin boxes. As soon as I saw the condition of the box for one of them I knew it was damaged. Sure enough it was.

Email sent requesting a replacement. Not really sure how they handle these types of issues.

Can't wait to get my German copies.

One of the two that I ordered has a pin-point ping type of dent almost dead center on the front. Shipping container shows no signs of damage.

Emails take 48 hours to get a reply. Best thing is to give them a ring, they will say that they need to send you an email with the information of how to send it back. That email takes 48 hours to get to you because it needs to go through their QC email department.

Then follow the instructions and send the package back. 5 days later they'll send an email saying new one dispatched. 7-10 days later it'll turn up.

That's the procedure I followed when I had to return my smashed rumble fish steelbook.

Luckily they still had some left to send me.

These times a for though based in the UK mainland. Based on your location, it'll take longer.

does anyone know the mail for a not delivered order: after almost 3 weeks, i think it's time to make hmv know that sb has not arrived

I only see website.service@hmv.co.uk for enquiry relating to the hmv web site...

Thats crazy. I get stuff from China and Japan that arrives quicker than that...

I think that is the email you should use because it was an order from the website, not a store.

Hasn't been three weeks, shipped on the 11th. And I just got mine today.

No dents or problem like none of my 10+ hMV ones have ever had.

Dude, Cabin isn't sold out. Maybe you should read the thread in the UK forum. There's a massive error with the disc whereby it's freezing. They're issuing a re-release of the blu-ray as a whole.

Got my Avengers HMV today. This one they had the brains to ship in a cardboard box and it arrived in perfect condition, unlike Cabin and Hungergames..

'The Avengers, thats what we call ourselves, sort of like a team'

Need to get me a background picture for the shelf, and raise the 2 Hulks a few inches, but damn nice bunch if should I say so myself

Edit: Know the films are not in release order, but wanted the 2 IM's flanking the Mark VII

You also need to get the 2003 Hulk film out of this display, since it isn't a Phase 1 movie, and thus, nothing to do with "The Avengers" movie line.

Be sure to throw it away too, since it is a god awful piece of sh*t film!
