I'm wondering what I can do to get a solid sleep schedule again. I wake up 4-5 times a night and never get fully rested. I have been waking up with headaches or neck soreness too. I am having problems keeping my eyes from hurting and being blurry after so long at work a lot more frequently as well.

My allergies are out of wack and the constant fluctuations in temperature aren't helping and may be a decent part of my problem. The good ol' winter blues.

I also have chronic insomnia, I think in part because I usually wake up to potty.

I've got you beat, I haven't shaved since my senior year in high school. That was in 1975.

My wife, nor my kids have seen me without a beard. I do trim it every week. I did go about 14 months without trimming it recently, and my wife and my daughter told me I had to trim it or I wouldn't be able to walk my daughter down the aisle for her wedding in May. I had no choice but to trim it. Women, pffft.

If you can't go the whole night without going "potty" then you may have a health problem. I would mention it to your doctor.

You need to go to bed at the same time every night, and wake up at the same time every morning. Keep the same schedule and do not deviate from it. Even if you feel like sleeping for an extra 15 or 20 minutes, don't do it. Don't take any naps.Try it and see if it works. I think you're too young to have a problem like that. Of course I don't know how old you are, but I do know you're younger than I am. Good luck, and keep at it.

You need to stop drinking the water a few hours before bedtime. Have you been checked for diabetes? Being thirsty all the time is a good sign you're diabetic. Get it checked.

What do you mean not anymore? There is no cure, so if you were a diabetic, you still are. It doesn't go away, you can control it, but it just doesn't get up and say I'm outta here and walk out. Who told you didn't have it any more?

Make sure you keep checking your sugar levels. I know you've been working out a lot, and that's a very good thing. Keep at it, my friend, and you should live a long life.

I'm gonna be 32 in a few weeks.

I think a lot of it is stress right now. I've got a mountain of work and personal obligations that are wearing me thin at the moment. After 3-4 hours of being awake, I get tired. I need a break but a break isn't coming for a few more weeks.

I've been consistent lately, aside from the weekend, of getting in bed around 10 and waking up around 8. Not exact times, but I did start getting into a habit of sleeping earlier and getting to work earlier. It helped some, but still within 4-5 hours I'm tired. Nothing else seems wrong, just the daily stress is just wearing me out. I think about a lot of stuff during the night and I wake up for a few minutes - rinse and repeat.

The face palm was meant for me. I literally had the answer in front of me, but it just didn't click for some reason.

I know something, or someone, that you can use it on That's great that you got one. I never did get one myself

Nothing is really on my mind right now which is good. I do hope that it stays dry so I can play tennis tomorrow. It hasn't been raining nonstop but it's been raining enough to keep me from being able to play.

I just can't imagine someone who doesn't run that much being all that good at tennis.
