Got my copy yesterday.

The cash manager unknowingly and most likely, accidentally, placed 4 Blu-ray and DVD copies of it on the cash counter where other Blu-ray and DVD movies are displayed. I promptly bought my copy. Today at work, I noticed it had been pulled.

Not the first time this happened --- the same thing happened with Green Lantern.

I wish we got the other cover for our steelbook, like most countries got (the cover with Spider-man crawling on a skyscraper).

Does anyone on here possibly know how long the Target Exclusive featurette is at the moment? If it's a long documentary like The Avengers Target Exclusive then I'll buy it, but if it's just a small 10-15 minute making-of featurette then I'll pass.

How safe and secure is Best Buy's packaging if you order it for free shipping? I don't want to pay for a steelbook if it's going to arrive in horrendous shape.

Watched this last night. I didn't find it too dark at all. The picture and sound quality were great and I loved the story way more than the previous attempt. Andrew Garfield did a great job capturing Peter Parker's personality. I liked that it was more awkward and less nerdy. And Emma Stone was great as always.

Why must the new blu-ray artwork be so generic? Does the 3-D version have anything better than the 2-D? I like that artwork better.

Gonna be a blind buy for me. Didn't get a chance to see this in the theater. My friends said I'll like it. Steelbook or maybe that gift set with figures for me

Are you kidding? Do you know how awesome it is that The US is getting a version that FS and UK are NOT? This is an awesome opportunity to get some good trades with other countries.

Well, that settles that. I have RZ certificates, so I'll order for In-store pickup when it becomes available -- although the way they manhandle those, I'm not sure that will be any better.

Not sure why the single Blu-ray got a 5 out of 5 on video quality and the 3 disc Blu-ray with the 2D got a 4.5 out 5. Anyone know why that would be?

I don't see a review for the single disc. I see the 3D got 4.5/5 and the combo pack a 5/5. The 3D got a 3.0/5 for 3D. I assume the difference is it was done by different reviewers?
