I received my replacement disc today. Unfortunately it has the same problem as my original disc.

Good to know. Yes, I've emailed Warners who were good enough to ask me if I've received the replacement. I've replied back to explain the problem still exists and I've received a reply that replacement discs are being printed, which WB say will fix the problem which they confirm is with some types of players.

I've checked my replacement disc (finally) and that's got the same problem

I have emailed them again and decided to attach a video, so the email has ended up being 20mb

What I don't understand is why the disc in Zavvi's steelbook is fine, I'm using the same player

If I hadn't watched this straight away originally or had watched the Zavvi disc instead, I might have never been aware of the problem

At least they're aware and are doing more discs. I had replied to say I had received the disc originally as they chased me up, but with holidays and other stuff, I didn't get chance to check it until now

Wasn't the BIGGEST fan of this film (I'm outnumbered by my kids) but I had to grab it. I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised by the PQ on this one. After all the reports of it being uber dark, I was expecting MUCH less.

Yes, it's a bit dark but imo it looks way better than I expected.

Just ordered this and it arrived today horrible damaged. I mean the enveloped was undamaged, but inside was a mess. It looked like someone ran it over with a car. Now amazon can't send me a new one for 2 weeks due to being out of stock.
