The disc is going to be the same throughout Europe (France, Germany, UK, Benelux), so the specs won't change.

Now that's just my assumption, but I'm fairly certain it's the truth.

I am a little confused. Might be a dumb question. How does a Region A player convert PAL to NTSC since the Gran Torino Steelbook has a bold PAL on it.

It's most likely a typo that comes from them using the same artwork carbon model every single time, the forgot to take it off.

Like I said, I don't think there's a PAL concern as the cover says the bonus features to be in 1080i.

It's pretty much what was posted before,

no slipcover just a paper piece with the back info duplicated and a book I can't read, i will look at the pictures.

It's a pretty steel though, much better in person than in the photos.

fnac is just as cheap

€24,99, I like there version better plus that thick book pads the shatty packing for shipping

Absolutely true about FNAC, and I would, and did, go with theirs. The shipping esitimate from amazon.fr was just something I noticed when browsing the site today.

..My first FNAC purchase and very pleased. One dented one outta 10, not bad. My second order just shipped today via Fed Ex..Thats good and bad as Fed Ex charges processing fees for international mail

I ordered 9 Steelbooks from FNAC for me and other german user,
but two Steelbooks arrived with a big dent and a lot of scratches :-(
i wrote to fnac on monday and no wednesday, but no answer

what should i do?
