The 2-disc bears no resemblance to the original 1-disc edition (well, other than that the film itself is included lol). Disc 2 does contain the extended version(s), just a lil misprint in that it doesn't say so in the 'Extras' box, but it does state on the back cover in the film's description field that it IS included. I assure you, this has everything the US set has, only with a fancier case & lower price (Yay!).

cool... thanks for that info. i was debating getting it but i never care for extra features so if th PQ is pretty similar transfer then i may just get thw alliance original one cuz i've seen it for about HALF the price as they new lenticular cover one.

I only see the 1-disc around for 16.99 nowadays. The 2-disc still goes for 19.99 @ HMV.

i just watched it today (via rental from my local video store) and boy i remember why i hated it so much the first time round. dont get me wrong the transfer is EXCELLENT.. i jus plane didnt like the movie at all! thanks for your help thou.
