I am still biased heavily towards the classic era of arcade gaming. I still feel as far as gameplay goes those simple, games have more entertainment value than most of the graphic intensive games that have come out the last 10 years or so. I have a list of 50 or so "classics" I still routinely play.

Very nice Rob. While those wouldnt make my top 10 all time list I know exactly what u mean and when it comes to retro and or arcade games or even Atari games, those are right at the top with exception of DD which was newer and on the NES/SEGA I believe. Got Em!!

If it's Double Dragon you fancy, you gotta play Double Dragon Advance on the GBA. Like the arcade one, only: twice the stages, bunch of extra special moves, and some cheesy cinematics.

I do have a list made on IGN that I'll link to later. Though so far I only have my physical games listed which numbers around 180-190. I probably own another 200-250 games downloaded. Most of the games I mentioned I don't own the physical game atthe moment. I do have many of them downloaded on either the PS3 network or Wii Virtual Console.

I owned most major consoles at one point or another as a kid but eventually sold them all off and I was not really into gaming for most of the PS2/GameCube generation of gaming. I'm sorta playing "catch up" at the moment.

Consoles I own at the moment are: PS3, PS2, Wii, DS and Dreamcast. I do plan on buying a Neo Geo AES at some point in the future since it was always a dream of mine as a kid but couldn't afford it. Will probably pickup a PSP too when I see a price drop.

That's cool that you like them games too. You really need to play Zombies ate my neighbors, if you haven't already. That game is very addicting. I'm not sure if they have it on VC, they might. Yeah I really need a Wii again. Once I get paid, I will buy it again. Sony and Nintendo are my favorite companies ever!

Yeah their was always something about Manhunt that I loved about. Piggsy is probably one of my favorite bosses of all time. The second one wasn't as good as the first, but it was still okay. I just hope they make a manhunt 3!

Naw we still agree on this, but we just have them in reverse so thats fine. I just didnt like the shot u gave my boy Mario! Also Mario 2 was great man. It was different and very challenging. Yes it was a dream at the end but it was still a great adventure game like the rest. they just through a twist ending at us. Love the old school racing games! Did you ever get a chance to play Stunts on the PC? It came out in the early 90s and was very similar to the arcade title Hard Drivin'. You could make up your own tracks and even theme them as well. I often put cows in the middle of the track.

Mario 2 was supposed to be a dream; They tell you right at the outset that lil guys from Sub-con (ie Dream World) sent Mario a plea to come to their dream dimension and oust Wart. When it's done and they send him back, they do so by having him wake up at home.
