First off, I want to start off by saying that Mel Gibson is one dude that's seriously off his rocker, but have you seen his wife?

How much more fake can you get? She's got botox out the wazoo, fake tits, and probably a real fake personality and I have no doubts she is a gold digger.

If you heard the tapes of him talking to her, you can tell he's had enough of her bull. I mean, a chick like that would drive me to drink.

Just sayin, he's crazy, I just don't think he's ALL crazy. Women can make men do some pretty stupid things...

Well, here's some more drama on top of the already CRAZY story that this is. Did you guys know that she was married to Timothy Dalton? They had a son together and here's the latest - Dalton is getting a restraining order against Mel to keep away from his son:

Well if my ex-wife was a lunatic or not, if she accused her current boyfriend of beating her I would do the same. Seems like a smart move. I don't think he has any standing to make an accusation though, only hearsay.

In 28 years he never laid a hand on Robyn or their children, so why would he just start now. The evidence just continues to pile up in Mel's favor at this point. I am anxious to know about the tapes. unfortunately , what I believe will happen, is that even though it will come out the tapes are fake, and hes never bashed her, it will just be quietly swept under the rug, and many people will still turn their back on him.

Maybe for a few months or a year. He makes great films, and they usually make loads of money. Fans will watch them, and Hollywood will want a piece.

Agreed. I loved Apocalypto. Geniuses usually are quite crazy in this world we live in, and I would LOVE to see a badass viking movie made by him.

At the time Gibson got involved with her, all the news reports I read said she had a child, whose father was Dalton. It said nothing about marriage. I can't find those news items now.

Just now, after looking around again, I now see that there are reports they were married. It appears you are right.

Could be a couple things.

1. Maybe Robyn was never confrontational and always backed down if Mel got pissed off. (I dont know, I wasnt there)

2. Alcoholism is progressive and so is chronic rage. They get worse as time passes. (I dont know if Mel is an alcoholic)
