Fantastic! Loved it, though comparisons with the Doctor are inevitable with Moffat writing this too.

Still haven't seen it yet but heard good things about it. Happy that we are getting a 2nd series now we just need a Blu-ray release and we are good.

OK cool yeah I would say if you like DW, Torchwood and Sherlock you will love Being Human even though they don't really have anything to do with each other except being British and on BBC. One of my favorite series and only get's better as it goes along.

Is it so hard to understand that this series is simply a modernization of the Sherlock Holmes character? With Jeremy Brett being widely regarded as the most authentic and faithful Holmes. why bother simply retreading those boards with another Victorian/early 20th century adaptation? This was never meant to be just another detective series which then had Sherlock's name draped over it, instead the intent was to modernize Holmes and his surroundings by placing them in the current era. Why overthink think it?
