nope thats wrong!
the more expensive one is the first press which has also a printed fsk logo, but a flip cover without logo on the backside.

the new one has printed fsk logo on the front and writing on the back.

OK so you got the edition with a clean side for Gran Torino for 10.97 Euros

So its hit or miss a la amazon.fr for a fixed FSK logo or not??

Would hate to pay 19 Euros and get the FSK LOGO version

imho this is a steelbook with backpaper, or not?

If so, you can remove the backpaper and put it on the frontside. The backside should be without FSK-Sign.

Yes it has a backpaper that you can remove, and use the back on the frontside where the FSK logo is off.Personally i don't like backpapers on steelbooks so i just remove all and put inside the case.

The 10.97 EUR version has the back part printed, I think... can anyone confirm this?

According to friends from bluray-disc.de, ALL of the 2nd wave of those WB Steels have NO inside art and they all have the FSK printed on the front

The re-released GT Steel for 10,97 has the FSK logo printed on the front, movie info printed on the back and is blank on the inside

The original version of this SteelBook was a flipper Steel w/ FSK on 1 side & the same pic WITHOUT the FSK on the other side... on the inside of the Steel is the movie credits which are now printed on the back of the re-released version

I believe the 1st print came w/ a clear slipcover w/ the blu-banner on it (like Sherlock & Inception)

I ordered 5 of the 10.97 Euros steels from Amazon.de (Disturbia, Shooter, Eagle Eye, Tropic Thunder and Collateral) and all of them came with no inside art, however they all had FSK removable stickers. Lucky me I guess

EDIT: nevermind, I realized you were talking about the Warner Bros steels having printed FSK logos, and, and mine were the Paramount steels.

LOL Yes, the Paramount steelbooks are all great. Although they have no artwork inside, they all have great front artwork and removable FSK stickers

You guys know why a 10.97 euro order gets discounted to 9.22 euro, even for Inception which goes for 16.xx euro at check out goes for 14.xx euro. Not complaining, just curious.

Side note I almost accidentally ordered $200 worth of blus on amazon.de (kept on browsing and added in multiples then accidentally completely checked out while checking price).

I think if you aren't from Europe it discounts your order from the listed price because we don't pay VAT (i think it's some kind of tax or something )

Yep, VAT is deducted for countries outside the European Union.
