Surprised this is such a bone of contention for people. Yeah, the transfer isn't great, but it's hardly Predator quality. We'll never get that fabled three hour cut of the film that was originally assembled.
As others have said, it's worth buying for the two-part doc on John Hughes... although there's probably more to cover as far as he was concerned. It's amazing how he bailed from Hollywood the way he did and never looked back. |
