Over the summer I found a copy at the same used store that had War. They had a 'rounds up to $20 with tax' price tag on it, but had no slip and clearly no booklet despite being still shrinkwrapped with the title stripe on top. As I was negotiating with myself on getting it or not, the store owner who I know heard me and said "$10". "Sold!"
Very weird that this was still new and sealed, but without a booklet. Thought all copies of the Signature Series had books, must have been just first runs. Although I recall Wall Street in the cheap bin at Best Buy years ago, no slip but you could feel a booklet inside.
Just glad to have a copy, even if it's not complete. The disc worked perfect and the movie is better than I remember.

Sadly this find did not include or lead to any announcement of a new BD or 4K for everyone else.
