I purchase something at BestBuy today and had them enter my cell # for SK's.
How would I see if the purchase gave me points? I don't see a way I could look that up in the app. Just my point total.

If you press your alltime kicks total it will give you a list of how you have squired your last two dozen or so kicks. I'm still waiting to see mine from a purchase last Friday. I know my purchase was entered correctly cause I see it in my reward zone account and the girl working the register told me she shopkicks but they don't get a lot of customers who do at that location.

When I touch my points total it just has a pop up that states what level % I'm at and how to get more kicks.

Where I am talking about is where your bonus board is. If you click the head and shoulders icon in the top left on any of the main pages it brings you there, then click the all time shopkicks total and you will see the list of recent kicks.

Not a problem, I think I learned shopkicks pretty well, now I'm learning viggle. Tonight I learned that if I check in while watching a new blu-ray it will give me points, I assume it assumes I'm watching a pay per view movie.

I guess I know why they weren't showing up for me now. The store I went to shopkick has it as a super target, when it's actually just a regular target. While the one I usually go to is more a super target.

I dropped about $350 at Best Buy today (and used a 3x Reward Zone points coupon ). I used the credit card that I have "linked" to my Shopkick. So far I do not see any credit for my purchase. Hopefully it goes through correctly - I've never done it before. If it doesn't show up, who do I contact?

with Best Buy you don't have to use a "linked" card.. you just have to make
sure the cashier inputs your cell phone number associated with your ShopKick

if done correctly you should see an entry labeled "Shopkick" on your receipt..
there is a link in the app that allows you to e-mail support

with your purchase you should have received 1500 kicks for hitting over $150
plus double whatever the amount you spent (pre-tax).. nice 2000+ kick haul

Yes, BB doesn't have a linked card the way some other retailers do.

If you didnt' give them the phone number associated with your SK account when they rang you up and you don't see the SK line on your receipt, then your transaction wasn't registered with SK and you won't get the points.

If that happened, then I don't know if there is a way to contact SK to get them to add the missing points after the fact.

On my receipts, there is a line for my RZ account and another line for my SK account.

Yes, I got those. That was sweet.

BTW, where were the Febreze car vent freshners?

I found the other 2 in the set but couldn't find the Febreze.

I looked in the travel accessories section and also the car accessories section (with all the other car freshners) but couldn't find it.

I was still able to get the scan kicks and complete the set because I printed out the barcodes beforehand and brought them with me. I usually do this now because it has happened to me too often where sometimes a scan item is not available.

Of course, when this happens, the item is almost always part of a 3 part bonus set and so I also miss the bonus points for completing a set, even though I'm there at the store and have scanned everything else.

I've had times in the past where there were multiple bonus scan sets available and I would be missing 1 item from each set (arrgggh!).

Now, I just print out the bar codes and then bring them with me. I scan the actual items when I can, but if I can't find the item, or the item is not there at all, or the app tells me that I have the wrong item when it is the correct one (the SKU's match, has anyone else had this happen?), I just scan the printed bar codes in the spot where I think the item should have been.

Hopefully, this will not get me banned as I am actually in the store and made a good faith effort to find the items.

But, out of curiosity, in which section of the store were people finding the Febreze car vent freshners?

The 350 kicks is still alive today for another round.

The Febreze car fresheners are just one aisle away from the Bounty aisle. Can't remember what else was in that aisle, maybe detergent?

Also, I would certainly advise against printed codes. They do have a way to tell and that's coming from someone who's gotten banned.

Even if you just scan them in-store? Because that's what I have been doing. I just print them out to avoid the hassle of having to find certain stuff.

Yep, that's what I was doing. I don't know if they have the camera feature on or something else. I do know that they will sometimes plant items that are not available yet. If you scan it, they know you didn't do it in-store.

AH... gotcha. I guess if they know what location your at, it could also check the stores inventory. I'll make sure I only do that on certain items. Like the pads.....

My receipt says nothing about SK. Shopkick says when you link your card, any purchases made at BB with that card will automatically receive the points. Nobody said anything about giving a phone number to the cashier! So now I got screwed out of $360 worth of points, plus I know there were bonus points for spending a certain amount.

Shopkick friendly at mine. Pads right on the end, ninja in and out.

475 kicks today. Scanning the stuff now to be safe. Aside from maybe best buy and those camera deals.
