I couldn't agree more ! . But, unfortunately I have found out that it actually happens to be fan made . I will say though that I expect that Disney will likely release, one of their posters for Maleficent and it will probably look a whole lot like the one I posted.

The official synopsis sounds like a reheated "Wicked". That's a story that I never accepted but the book sold amazingly well and the stage musical has made over three billion so far. So in spite of me hating everything I've heard of the Maleficent movie, Disney may have a big hit on its hands with this seemingly weak, copy-cat film. Hey, if the god-awful Transformers movies can consistently pass 300 million why not this dreck?

its sounded like a Wicked style movie from the get go....BUT, I think the flipside of the story was done VERY well, for Wicked and the Wizard of Oz and for me hasnt/didnt take anything away from the Wicked Witch we all loved to hate. Not sure if Disney can pull off the same trick with this though mind. As many have said before, part of the characters appeal is her outright evil-for-the-sake-of-being-evil-ness

Actually, That poster is fan made as well. I think we'll finally see a real teaser poster and a teaser trailer for Maleficent by early November 2013.

I think we'll possibly get a trailer for this with Thor: The Dark World, since that's Disney's biggest release for the rest of the year. If not, Frozen would also be a good bet.

That does sounds possible that we would get a teaser trailer for Maleficent, with the theatrical release of Thor: The Dark World or Frozen. It will be interesting to see which of those two movies it will be attached to. My guess is that it will be attached to the theatrical release of Thor: The Dark World, but I could be wrong .

I expect this trailer, or something like it, will make its public debut very soon…

Considering that, that article was from a month ago, a teaser trailer for Maleficent should be released on the internet in at least about a month or two (October 2013 or November 2013).

I think the first place we see it is on Frozen, with a small outside possibility it shows earlier on Thor: Dark World.
