I initially was told that I had to return the item to Amazon, (at Amazon's expense...I would have to pay for the shipping initially, and Amazon would refund the shipping cost to me), so I told them that I require it to be sent trackable and signed for, as it was an expensive item, and that it was going to cost 40 Euros to do this...

They e-mailed me back, and told me just to "dispose" of the item as the return shipping cost was too high, and my refund has now gone through...

I suggest you e-mail back with something similar and see what they say.

Has anyone removed the FSK12 sticker on the front?

I don't want to remove any more paint than is already off by removing this sticker and it taking paint with it, but I also don't want this sticker on the front either!

i did it came off really easy its not super strong glue so should come off with not alot of effort. didn't leave any goo behind either.

just sitting down to what the first episode and the sound and video is amazing. even with the disspoitment of how the steelbook was packaged and it coming damaged for all of us that at least we can finaly enjoy watching the episode in full hd.

i saw a few people have put reviews of the steel up on amazon saying the same thing that theres go dinted from the pin. mabey if we all do and also leave packaging feedback mabey amazon will do something about it. going to suck if they don't do the rest of the season in steelbook to.

no german on the front or spine. but all the info on the card is also printed on the back of the steelbook it self and its in german
Ah ok, German writing on the case is a no go for me. Probably a good thing as it'll save me a ton of money getting all of these as steelbooks!

german writing doesn't bother me as long as its not the title of the movie on the front hate when they do that in german.

Has anyone tried taking the steelbook apart and attempting to repair (or at least reduce) the dent?

Is it even possible to take the steelbook apart? I don't want to force anything in case I break it...

Thanks

i just pushed my finger on the plastic behind the dint and i was able to flaten it out to the ponit were its not dinted but doesn't do much for the paint chip though.

u could probly use the cc bank card meoth for taking apart normal steelbooks if needed. never really tried on a jumbo steelbook though.

The plastik is black.

Hope further Seasons they put the Pin faced down to the steelbook. Even if it just a small dent, it is a f* dent!

It seems as if the PIN collection registration only allows GErman, Switzerland and Austrian Adresses.

All sorted. They asked my to donate the steelbook to a local charity/good cause or dispose of it correctly. Full refund issued.
