They're giving out the glasses at special promotional screenings and the AMC Iron Man marathon tomorrow (Thursday, May 2).

I got the Red/Gold ones at the special screening, however, the local cinema is selling them for $10nz each which is ridiculous. I would have got more if they were half that for my TV at home.

I cannot believe my chances of seeing this movie in the theater are near to none right now. My lil' baby won't take a bottle and so between the drive to the theater, movie run time and drive home, he'd probably suck to deal with. The only person who can really hold him off and entertain him is my husband and i'd want to go with him. Going to England in 2 weeks. Maybe it'll still be on there and my Mum can work her magic with him. His Grandma here in the US just wouldn't cope.

Thanks. My eldest offered to baby sit (she'll be 20 soon) but I'm not sure she'd manage. Been waiting a LONG time to finally see an Iron Man movie in 3D.

Saw this today, thought it was fantastic. I thought the 3D was really well done and the story was great. They are really on a roll with these Marvel movies.

I wish! That would be a 10 hour round trip, including watching the movie. Wonder if there's one in Liverpool? I've not been home in nearly 4 years so I have no idea what's there anymore.

Saw this in Cinemark XD 3D today and I think I really liked the movie lol. I probably need to see it again to full appreciate. The 3d was excellent though! Stereo D is on a roll!

Judging by early box office receipts, this movie is going to make some serious bank! It's getting great reviews for the most part.

Nah. I'm with you on that one. It was definitely a step up from Iron Man 2, but I too thought it was overlong and just okay.

That said the 3D was exceptional and the few action scenes there were are great - just too much air in between them.

Just got back from watching this....The 3d blows The Amazing Spiderman away which was native! Story is on par with the first Ironman and much better than the second one. Only negative to me was the lack of a good villian. After you watch it you"ll see what I mean. Cant wait for the next Avengers!

Enjoyed the movie Iron Man 3 despite some slower buildup before the action starts, and the 3D was nicely done, slightly above medium with stronger 3D shots during the action.

Guy Pearce was a worthy
[Show spoiler]villain and puts up a good fight. I like when they keep getting back up for more punishment. War Machine kicked @ss during the rescue scene. I wasn't expecting that. Cool.
Fun movie and I'd say it's the best of the 3 IMO based on the pacing, characters, villains and action, plus the fact the 3D delivers.

Iron Man 3's 3D: Clear 3D layers all the way. Medium with some strong 3D.

Will get it on blu ray 3D.

EDIT: Oh yeah, if you didn't see the very end of the credits at the end:
[Show spoiler]Stark is sitting on a couch while the Hulk (human form from Avengers) sits there saying he's not that kind of doctor. It mostly relates to Stark's mental struggle in the movie instead of the next tie in movie.

Glad you enjoyed it Zivouhr. Can't wait to pick this one up.....eventually,lol. Can't see this in theaters.....I am in "extreme save $ mode". I'm even cutting on my blu buying as well.....with the exception of must have releases. But most of my blu buying is on temporary hold until November
