its just on the vudu page when you login. if you have all the disc, you can do a d2d.

Possibly because DreamWorks are even more money-grabbers than Disney?

But seriously, they don't even have Shrek the Third on the store - so unless they were to bundle only the first two (which I can't see happening - as that would increase the likelihood of people passing on the other, less good sequels) I'm not sure how they'd do it.

Of course, they perhaps missed a trick by not bundling all four together and making it bundle-only, like the Indiana Jones set, but then at least 3/4 of the Indy set is decent, whereas about 2/4 of the Shrek set is...
