Anyone know of this 2 disc Japanese release that comes out in a week? The packaging looks sweet and it says its "restore 2k" so I'm hopeful it will actually look better significantly better than the dvd? Are these the discs that Lynch is overseeing for that JP boxset or something else?

If you mostly reverse your list, then it might make more sense, in my opinion. I.e. Twin Peaks (first two seasons - of course, the second season is mostly not by Lynch) should be right at the bottom, while Inland Empire and Blue Velvet at the top.
