I got this too. I found it to be extremely annoying, thank god for the other version!

The 3D in this movie is fantastic that you goota give it credit for. But damn this movie is just cringe worthy the dialogue is even to childish for kids. The silent edition also seem like something is missing. Yeah it is the better version by far because you do not have to listen to that stupid dialogue. But i still feel something is missing with no sound and only the dinos making a sound. This would have been tons better with a narator

Yeah I thought the 3D was really good...but the movie itself was a snooze fest, imo. No HURRY OR DESIRE to go thru this one again...but good 3D

This was $5.00 today at Big Lots, and the 20% off sale brought the price down to $4.00

You beat me to the post, I just got a copy there today for almost nothing.

What's the best cut to watch for those that know, Theatrical or Cretaceous cut?

Latter. Majority HATED the theatrical version, with the unnecessary dialogue/talking and poor dubbing.

The latter has no dialogue.

The Cretaceous Cut, definitely. Good 3D, but it seems incomplete, a little narration might have helped. At least you can have a version without the annoying voiceovers.

Started off watching the Cretaceous Cut, but then my son surprised me.

He said he had already seen the movie at school and thought the story was OK.

So we restarted the movie with Narrator & voice-acting, I gave him the choice.

Movie wasn't that bad and had some funny bits, I've seen worse.

They probably could have toned down the amount of chatter later on.

I boosted the 3D a bit and the disc looked pretty good overall. Worth $4.
