Ya. I noticed that the Aussie dollar is diving lately. We used to be hovering at $0.85 Canadian for $1 Australian. Now we've climbed to $1.05 Canadian for $1 Australian. Maybe I'll come and visit... pump some tourist coin in to try help jumpstart the economy for ya, MAYTE!

By the way, that £130 in pre-orders? That's me being VERY picky. I'm trying to save up to pay for 2 weddings in a year!

The members of high def ninja have forced them to change the rear and i liked the original rear.I don't think they've got any right to do that and mess peoples orders up they should leave it to the makers then like it or lump it.

Hmm. If the original was the one in the OP with just the girl & Ralph standing there, and the new one is that "screenshot" from the video game with Ralph on top of the building, then I like the new one better. A lot better actually. In fact whereas before I was really only buying this to be a completist, now I am actually kind of excited about it.

I liked the original back better. This new one takes all of Vanellope out of the artwork. How sad. She was like the best part of the movie.

Exactly...sorry Zavvi. I'm out. Just cancelled. Really a shame too since this movie held a lot of sentimental value to me - mostly because of Vanellope.

If they were so concerned with listening to HDN members then they would change the artwork on the Thor and Captain America.

I'm gonna send them a pissed off email.

This isn't what I bought. There was no "Artwork subject to change" or "Artwork not final" from my recollections, and I ordered a steelbook with Vaneloppe and Ralph on the back, and Sugar Rush on the inside.

I also have not received any email notification that the product has gone through such a massive change of appearance. If I didn't use these websites, this would rock up at my house in December, and I would be fuming over the back cover change, and the inside if it happens.

To give HDN, a minority of consumers, control over the appearance over a product available to the majority, baffles me. It's not like its a decision in an attempt to sell more. There are only 5000 copies, they could all sell easily off the Disney name alone. Why the feel the need to change it confuses me, it's not like its going to dramatically increase preorders, with people even canceling.

HDN has a lot of clout in the SB market. More then what people think. I know that there are members here that buy SB's but again no one here has constant contact with Zavvi like Wreck does. If you don't like the choice I would suggest joining HDN and voting when they have artwork.

I'm a member of a lot of sites. Here, HDN, and other places. It sucks for the people that didn't want it to change but what can you really do? I mean besides doing what I suggested and voicing your opinions.

I hope that they do change the inside art. I don't mind the back but I hope they clean it up as it looks pretty low def.

I like my blu fans one and will enjoy this one along side it.

Exactly! You didn't buy it yet! You have no reason to send them a pissed off e-mail. If they had already taken your money, then I'd be standing right beside you doing the hollering. But, there has been no transaction involved before the artwork change. You are in no position to complain on the grounds of "not getting what you bought." Especially when the release is 3 months out. Artwork changes all of the time at this stage of a steelbook release.
