The buttons are a combo of both click and soft keys. When I took it apart, there was a rubber under the buttons, but they feel like a click when pressed.

I can't find anything on the Net, I will call them tomorrow to see if they can see me that part.

What’s weird to me is when I taken the top off, and then when I turn over the top to look inside, the part I would need is the only part that is meant to come out. If I try to take anything else out, it would be torn.

It’s the only part as if they knew that would go bad often.

I had an idea that was the place you were going to say. They are a little over an hour drive for you, and they are about 10-15 from me. They are about 4-5 blocks off of I-75

I'm 85 miles away from Madison Heights they do a mail-in service or you can drop it off! It was easy for me to just mail it!

Yes, but not in the way you are about too. Mine was more of a bad situation with a guy from that company who had come to my apartment when I was in Detroit.

Back when I first gotten my Toshiba 65”, There was some type of scratch on the screen, and I called Toshiba, which sent them out to my place. I also just gotten the seats you see in my current pics.

Well, the guy pretended he couldn’t see this large scratch on the screen. He had a clip board and pen in his hand, and leaned on my couch to try and get a different view of what I was showing him.
I looked closer to how he was leaning and that damn pen in his hand had written/scuff on my couch.

I told him to watch what he was doing, and look at what he doing to the couch. This MF tried to argue it was already there. I told him it wasn’t a coincidence that he had a pen in his hand and leaning on the exact spot and that couch set was brand new. I didn’t like his attitude and I told him to leave.

It wasn’t worth reporting him, because I did pay for the scotch guard and it came off with a wet rag.

I forgot what he looks like, and if I walked into that store I wouldn’t remember if I seen him.

Wow are you serious I would of been pissed! The worst part is he tried arguing with you. We will see what happens with my receiver. I haven't talked with them directly, I had to send them an email stating I will be sending my receiver for a repair. I got a quick response back with a RA number which I had to write on the outside of the box.

I haven't heard anything bad or good about them, I only hear a lot of people with Onkyo have sent them work.

Another member named 'StalkerVette', just sent his to them. He lives in Ohio.

Maybe he can tell you a thing about them.

That's a wee bit too rich for my blood .

I could probably fly you here and calibrate my panels for me cheaper

Are there any more affordable options for a working man like myself ?
