This is true. I was torn because I didn't know which one I wanted. I was for sure not going to get the Funi Exclusive though.

I'm going middle of the road for the LE....no need for the Funi Exclusive, but the series is worth going the LE route. It's gonna make money for Funimation regardless....

Ive always been supportive of the LE artboxes from funi, they generally look cool and only add about 5 bucks to the price overall. but the digibook packaging for titan, I dont think I can roll with that..

Right stuff Titan Digi 53.99
-----------Titan reg 29.99
............................$24 extra bucks for digibook packaging.

Amazon.com Titan Digi 76.48
--------------Titan reg 34.99
...............................$41.49 extra bucks for digibook packaging.

and double that cause there will have to be matching packaging when the second half comes out. thats crazy.

Well only 7500 copies will be made so it's for collectors, really. And even then the price is still not as outrageous as something like Aniplex releases, so that's something.

Now i'd be annoyed if they didn't do digibooks for future seasons.

Well....there's only one more set to come.....until Japan produces further seasons there's really one set left to come. Then again, Funimation is known for inconsistent packaging through the years...

Locked in my Amazon copy when it was at $48.99. I can definitely live with that for this show especially if and that's a big if it comes with an artbox in addition to the digi which doesn't seem likely but i can dream right..

I watched the trailer to this last night, looks like it may be interesting. I've added it to my wishlist so I can check it out.

Interesting - yep, along with having unbelievable action animation/camera angles and a great story where every little detail ties in together. And there be sad parts that will make you cry. THE anime series of the year for 2013....

Wow, there has been one anime that made me cry and that was Dragon Ball GT: A Hero's Legacy
[Show spoiler]when Goku Jr. pleaded with Pan not to die, it was so heartbreaking it caused a tear to roll down my cheek.

I was thinking Rightstuf might have shipped this out 2 weeks early, which was yesterday - but probably because it's such a high profile series, it will be held until just before release day. I guess they haven't even gotten the supply into the RS warehouse yet...

Dang, you are one tough girl or I'm a momma's boy! LOL

Attack on Titan, Birdy the Mighty: Decode, Gunslinger Girl, Jin-Roh, and Solty Rei all have scenes that bring me to tears every time I watch them...as does Usagi Drop; but they are tears of joy not sadness, such a great short series.

Rightstuf does not currently have it in-stock. It's expected before the end of the week, but could be next week.

That's a good list (although I haven't seen AoT yet). Some of those titles are under-appreciated I think by the fandom.

Thanks for this info

Money is tight right now, so i cant spend extra on getting them to send my stuff out as they "become available". (Either all together or none at all!)
