The art is on the standee in the front of my local today, if Fox printed those I doubt its temp art

Went in to mine in Hull today, they had a large poster on the wall for the steelbook.

The shop assistant wanted £5 off me for deposit.

I may pre-order next week.

I hate that crap. They could easily just keep it behind for you and say you have a 3 hour window on the day of release to get it before they put it back on the shelf. Easy!

If HMV are getting an exclusive steelbook it probably means other countries will get the same artwork later on. Just like Wolverine did.

Odd... Shrewsbury asked for the full amount (£21.99) but said they'd refund the difference if it came down in price or kept it at the price I'd paid if it went up - I wasn't sure their tills were capable of refunds . Usually, if I just turn up on the day of release I can nab one but sometimes I can't get there and they all go. He didn't have a release date.

I was always under the impression pre orders like that were against eBay T&Cs since if anyone was stupid enough to pay that price by the time release day came around you'd be well over the time limit you have to lodge a complaint if it never turns up etc. So you'd be out of pocket and have no way of getting your money back.

From eBay's "Presale listings policy":

With all that gets sold at eBay I think they have to rely on people telling them when they suspect/know someone doesn't follow the criteria or T&C.
