The included booklet says this film was co-restored by Bob Furmanek of the 3D Film Archive. I went to 3DFF's website but found no mention of the film there. I would like to hear more from them about this restoration because it seems like an interesting story, one in which, according to the booklet, 20th Century Fox did not provide any financial assistance at all. It's amazing that a Hollywood studio would treat film restorers and film fans so contemptuously.

Is the video encode exactly the same (file size) for the lossy audio (192 kbps) version and the lossless audio version. Would someone be kind enough to post stats for the lossless audio version? What's the bitrate of the lossless DTS audio track? I assume it's lossless mono?

It is Dolby Digital, not Dolby TrueHD like indicated on the box. On my PS3, I can see that it is 224 kbps.

Correction to my previous post: It is Dolby TrueHD, but because my PS3 can't do 3D and TrueHD at the same time, it converts to Dolby Digital.
