It's crap when the store is hmv. They look at you funny if you want to pre order and generally know nothing without having to look it up on there system, which looks like it's been around since the dos days......

The only place worse for looking things up is currys/pc world who just use their own website......

Don't remember much about them other than the humans (because they were horrible IMO) some of the action & none of the story line. Only reason I saw this one is because the Mrs. wanted to see it, turns out I actually enjoyed this one enough to consider adding it to the collection. A big improvement IMO.

Also, the connection I was talking about were the humans, which is really my biggest problem with the previous movies. Sorry, didn't flesh out my explanation.

I guess I went in with the mindset that this is a reboot.
Imo it goes 1/4/2/3. The 2nd movie is amazing just for the prime fight in the forest/death

The 3rd has so many problems but anything with Shia le cannot act ruins it.

Wasn't the biggest fan of this movie. To be completely honest, the most epic part of this entire movie for me was when I was walking out of the theater.

But I want it for my collection so I'll make sure that it's a first day grab!

Unfortunately, that's why these terrible films keep getting made.

People keep going back for more of the same, just to see if it's somehow any better but it never is, and then on top of that, they support it even more by buying the steelbooks.

Oh well, it's not my money I guess.

[Show spoiler]Can you tell I'm a little bitter about what Michael Bay has done to my favorite childhood cartoon series/toy line?

The bad thing is that I told myself that I wasn't going to go and watch it. Especially after I saw how bad of a rating it got with Rotten Tomatoes. I guess I'm just a glutton for punishment though. And I'm bitter too. There was so much that could have been done better with this franchise but all that Michael Bay has been worried about is big explosions and pretty girls. Not that I mind the pretty girls. But at least cast one that can act!

Don't even get me started with TMNT!

You fire Megan Fox from Transformers just to hire her again? And I haven't even seen the movie yet but from watching the trailer, it looks identical to a Michael Bay movie which is bad considering he isn't even the director. I guess that just goes to show how much pull he has over Jonathon Liebesman.

For real though...I think that it is Michael Bay's goal in life to do whatever he can to destroy everything we hold near and dear in regards to our childhood classics...

I'M JUST SAYIN THOUGH!

Not sure if its mentioned here, but T4 is now getting a 3D release too (courtesy of the info on the 'other' forum):

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/3d-bd-tr...tion&lp=5&cp=1

Any idea if this steel will be upgraded to include the 3D version ?

EDIT: Nevermind, got my answer ... steelbook is still 2D only .. *epic fail imo*

No "other" forum required. Optimus Prime Rox posted the info here at BD.com earlier today.
